Jake is Principal at Cassia Investments. A member of the Investment Committee, Jake has significant investment, deal origination, and management experience. Prior to joining Cassia Investments, Jake was a Senior Manager at First Eastern Investment Group, based in Hong Kong. He focused on originating, executing and monitoring growth capital investments in China and Asia. He helped lead the establishment of the FE UK China Fund which invested in UK companies and aided their expansion into China and Asia.

Before First Eastern, Jake worked for GSC Group, an alternative asset manager, as an analyst for their mezzanine debt fund. Jake started his career in 2004 as an equity sales trader at Canaccord Adams, focusing on the natural resource and internet sectors. He also worked for Monitor Group, a management consultancy company in London.

In addition to APIC, Jake is also a board member of Hokkaido Dairy Farm (HK), Killine Group (Macau), Eco&More (HK/Shanghai).

Jake graduated from Eton College, received a BA Honours degree from the University of Oxford and an MBA (Finance) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
