DIC is a specialty chemical Company with top market share in printing inks. DIC Group comprises 209 companies in 63 countries.

Hideo Kondo graduated from Waseda University, and joined The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan.

After various roles at the Bank which included investment management, he moved to DIC in 1999 as General Manager of DIC Pension Fund. He was promoted to Asset Management Director in 2003.

Hideo also serves as Chairman of Asset Management Committee of the Corporate Pension Network in Japan.
